I’m Adam Manfredi, an Art Director and creative leader working across entertainment, sports, and culture. Currently at Peacock/NBCUniversal, I lead the development of integrated campaigns from early concept and visual strategy through photography, design, production, and launch; partnering with creative teams, agencies, photographers, and talent to build work that connects stories with audiences.

My background is rooted in design, with experience spanning entertainment marketing, brand identity, key art, photography, motion, and large-scale OOH. Over the years, I’ve evolved from a hands-on designer into a creative leader, guiding teams, shaping visual direction, and building campaign systems that can flex across every audience.

I’m drawn to ideas with a strong point of view and the craft to back them up. Whether it’s entertainment, sports, or the space where they intersect, my goal is simple: build work that earns attention, creates conversation, and becomes part of the culture it’s speaking to.
